Governor Strickland Visits JPC


The Honorable Ted Strickland, Governor of the State of Ohio, keynoted the awards luncheon at the 43rd Joint Propulsion Conference and Exhibit. Gov. Strickland discussed Ohio’s aerospace history as well its commitment to lead into the future, and the Ohio Technology Initiative and its impact on aerospace engineers in the region. In addition, numerous industry awards were presented during the luncheon program.

First Days at JPC a Great Success

The JPC Conference is off to a great start!

Last night our Corporate Sponsor, GE Aviation, hosted a fantastic Welcome Reception in the Ballroom with great food, drinks, and conversation.

This morning, the Honorable Michael W. Wynne, Secretary of the Air Force opened the first day of the conference with a standing-room-only keynote address.

The Exhibit Hall has opened, Panel Sessions are off to a rigorous start, and attendees are getting excited for yet another Reception this evening in the Exhibit Hall.
